In Enschede waren dit o.a in 1926 de Internationale Landbouw-tuinbouw en handels- en industrietentoonstelling ELITE; in 1930 de Electriciteitstentoonstelling "ZevenmijIs", in 1936 de Efficiëncy-tentoonstelling “ ‘t Volle Profijt" (erve ZeggeIt) en in 1962 de “3xA, Honderd jaar Activiteit”, ter herdenking van de grote brand in 1862 (Volkspark).
